Our honest review from start to finishInitial consultation, we already decided to purchase prior to inspection. Jess and Adam were lovely and we did enjoy the discussion.Prior to collection, there was little conversation or emails. We needed to follow up with the staff. Which is rather frustrating as we had this trip planned and needed the camper prior to the trip.Collection, after spending a considerable amount of funds on the camper the handover was extremely underwhelming. There was no help in the set up and we needed to research the set up after we returned home. They also didn’t allow us to set up the annex upon hand over. There, are dirty footprints on the camper and mattres broken parts (which we found out when we got home)To be honest I would give the hand over a 1 out of 5.Camper quality, the camper canvas appears to be good quality and the bare bones appear to be good quality also however it’s hard to clean the canvas.The fittings like the cabinets, the table, draws, steps, kitchen draws and the opening and closing of the cabinets and draws is a very low quality. And I do not rate those at all. We will need to invest additional funds to get these where possible to an acceptable standard.Functionality, the reason we purchased the OP4 was for the set up and pack up. This was fantastic. There was enough space for cloths and kids stuff for 2 adults and 2 kids for just over 2 weeks. During that time we moved location 4 times. For space we did not take all the cushions. This was probably one of the best decisions we made. It was not needed and would have taken space we used for other things like cloths.Truma AC unit. This was a fail. We are not sure if this is warranty or performance however we are getting this looked at when we are home.Overall we would have seriously considered other brands if the air camper was available.Overall we are rating the product a 4 out of 5 based on the air camper and layout.Brett HenryBrett Henry ★★★★★ We have owned our OP4 for 3 years now and it has always been reliable. On a recent trip the 4a airbeam inner tube of our annex popped which meant we couldn't cook, so we headed straight to Keysborough, Victoria to pick up a new inner tube. 900 kms later Sam & Glen helped us install the part and we were underway in an hour.
