We purchased a band new Opus OP13 in February 25 - definitely the best hybrid pop-top caravan in the market! While there are way too many goodies to list, I can mention the electric lift roof, super-queen mattress, diesel heater, 4-burner slide-out kitchen, 2 freshwater tanks, 5 solar panels (500 W) and the roomy ensuite to name a few. The van is very well designed and built, and the independent spring suspension, electric brakes and DO35 off-road hitch makes it a dream to tow along. I can add much more descriptive text, but I strongly recommend you visit the factory in Keysborough and see for yourself - and especially have a chat with the "Opus guru" and Sales Executive Adam who had the time and patience to show us all the OP13 features and helped us to go for it! We have already camped in our OP13 and survived two very cold nights (around 1 degree C) in the middle of Tassie. Thanks Adam & Purple Line - we are very happy with our investment, and we certainly look forward with many more "glamping" expeditions. M&F (Blackmans Bay, Tasmania).

An amazing purchasing and hand over experience at Opus HQ in Keysborough. Jess and Glen were on the front foot with information, particularly with a minor delay in delivery due to Cyclone TC. Handover day was great fun, very comprehensive and even involved a towing lesson when Glen learned it was my first time towing. Can’t wait to get out on the road with the family and have some adventures.

Not a "review writing" person, but had to this time because of the top shelf service we received from Adam and the team at Opus, I am far from an expert on all things outdoors, no question was silly, everything was explained in a detailed handover, and then when I got the camper home and had forgotten 90% of what I was told, Adam answered the phone every time to walk me through what ever issue I thought there was (there wasn't, it was all operator error). Love the new rig and the family cant wait to get out in it. Highly recommend.

We just picked up our new 2024 Opus4, so can't comment yet on how it works out in the field, but we can certainly say plenty about the purchasing and handover process. In a word: BRILLIANT! PROFESSIONAL! PATIENT! KNOWLEDGEABLE! EFFORTLESS! (okay, 5 words).

We dealt with Glen in the Keysborough office and it was the best customer service we've ever experienced. Glen was very quick (and patient) in responding to our endless questions and very thorough in explaining everything. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Our handover was done by Adam, who came to meet us halfway in Albury to deliver the OP4 and do the handover. All in 41 degree heat!!! A champion!! And just as wonderful to deal with. I don't know what employee induction and incentive scheme Opus/Purple Line have, but it's working - they've got the best staff on board!

We feel excited about our purchase and confident that post-sales service will be just as impressive, efficient and reliable. Thanks guys!!!!

After travelling for 15 months in our OP15 we took the decision to upgrade and it had to be Opus again for us. We had mainly dealt with the Brisbane office (Sam and George) who were brilliant throughout the entire process with no question too silly or no request too much.
We decided on the Amazing OP19 without even seeing it and it is even better than had been described to us. Due to logistics we collected it from Melbourne where the team there were great to deal with.
We were lucky enough to have the first OP19 registered so it was a learning curve for all involved but any problems that did arise were dealt with quickly and effectively in our favour. A massive thank you to the team from Adam the salesman to Malcolm the CEO.
Ownership has been incredible and although we loved our OP15 the comfort and build quality of the OP19 is incredible and we can’t wait to continue our family adventure with all the convenience and luxuries we had been missing.

1 year review of our Opus Op-lite.
Very happy with our Opus Op-lite camping trailer. But when we bought it at the 2023 Melbourne 4x4 show, I asked if they had fixed the issue of getting water inside the trailer while driving through rain. The sale's person told me yes they have fixed those issues. But the first time we drove it through the rain, when we got to our destination and opened it up there was water in the front fridge area and in the storage compartments inside the trailer. Sent them an email straight away but took 5 month's to get it in for it to get fixed.
But love the easy setup with no poles. The roof rack is great to put 2 kayaks on top. Also have fixed a shower tent to it.
There's no need for it to have mud tyre's as all terrain tyre's would of been fine.
We got rid of the mattress and got an 100mm spring mattress.
Easy to set up and put down by yourself.
Just make sure all connecting house are firmly in place as I had it go down 1 night.
Easy to tow with our 20year old Pajero.

We have been incredibly happy with our Opus OP4, purchased at Melbourne headquarters August 2024.
We made regular contact while the camper taxto was on the production line, and the team were helpful with our queries.
Kayla Luckraft was an amazing source of knowledge and if she didn’t know answers she would get back to us within 24hours. She worked meticulously to have our camper ready for our planned trip, and organised the interstate registration permit.
We have traveled for close to 4months since we picked it up, and we haven’t had an issue beyond teething points in the beginning with operation.

We recently purchased an OP15 from the team at Opus in Keysborough and couldn't be happier with our decision! From start to finish, the process of buying was seamless. The team was incredibly helpful, informative, and the handover process was smooth and thorough leaving me feeling confident driving away.

We've since taken the van on a number of trips with the kids including an adventure through central Australia to Birdsville and down the east coast. It towed incredibly well in both environments and performed flawlessly across the rugged terrain of the Strzelecki Desert. No issues to report from some good use to date. It’s a fantastic van, great size with all the comforts yet not too big to haul.

Our family loves our OP15, and we're all looking forward to and planning many more trips in the future. Highly recommend!

My initial contact with the Opus Purpleline team was over the phone and then via email. I cannot understate the professionalism and understanding from Jess who patiently answered all my questions. She gave me the faith to move forward with only online pics and YouTube as a ref (thanks Tyler)
My delivery was ahead of schedule and Adam took over and did my walk through of the setup and Pack-down.
Mate you’re a legend and you know your product. I really appreciated the OPUS videos in preparation, they are an excellent reference tool. Adam provided a hands on professional handover and some on point tips and tricks.
For anyone who on the fence. You will not regret including the diesel heater and movers. Both make Opus life even better.
The quality of the build and comfort of the 24 OP4 speaks for itself. Thanks to Jess and Adam for starting my Opus journey so smoothly.
For those with questions about towing. I’m only 670 kms in but averaging just under 12L/100. Tows like a dream with Redark.

Very happy with Glen BOND and his staff. The handover was smooth and detailed. The Opus owners hub is a great idea in assisting owners with tutorial videos. We went camping straight away. The Opus 4 towed awesomely and we set up in heavy winds with a weekend that was very windy and wet at times. Set up was easier than I imagined. When inside the camper the canopy didn't move, you could hear the noise of the wind but you couldn't feel it. Not a drop of moisture entered. Very impressive, bring on the adventures, we are very confident that we have made the right choice.

We picked up our OP4 last week, with Kayla providing the handover. Kayla’s knowledge and care taken to ensure we knew how everything worked was second to none. She addressed any concerns we had and when she didn’t have the information to one of our questions she was upfront and honest, something we rarely see, letting us know she would follow up and let us know, which she duly did the next day. The aftercare to date has also been incredible, getting back to us quickly with any further questions we’ve had and offering fast resolutions with any issues.

Overall our experience with Kayla has been exceptional and we are very happy she was the one to walk us through our new camper.

Popped down to the Keysborough HQ today, the office staff were lovely and welcomed me into the show room where I was able to do a demonstration of an OP4 which was no sweat. I was able to visualise how I would have my own camp set up, as they had an OP4 on display with the annex attached as well. Was good to see and get a feel for the pack down and being able to see a full set up. We recently dealt with the Melbourne office of Opus regarding relatively minor repairs to canvas (not involving zips) on our off-road Opus-4 campervan. Two sections of canvas had never been stitched together during manufacture. We provided two quotes to Opus, as requested, and then waited two weeks without a response. Further contact with Opus resulted in us being informed that the canvas repairs were not covered under the current Canvas and Tent Warranty.
We were convinced that the repairs were covered under the warranty and challenged the decision by Opus.
The front-line staff member who took carriage of the whole issue within Opus, Amber, was very knowledgeable, understanding, responsive and courteous at all times.
Amber was very sympathetic to our situation and took the issue to the highest levels within Opus.
Amber's diligence and persistence were outstanding and she is an outstanding staff member of Opus.
We thank Amber sincerely and the other staff who assisted us in having the canvas repairs approved.
