How It Works: The Engineering Behind the Ease
The OPUS Air Beam system is a structural powerhouse designed to be virtually indestructible under normal camping conditions.
A high-quality TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) core chosen for incredible air retention and flexibility across extreme temperature shifts.
A high-tensile polyester sleeve that acts as the “muscle,” preventing over-expansion and providing a secondary barrier against punctures.
Housed within heavy-duty, UV-stabilized canvas, the beams maintain their aerodynamic shape and stay exactly where they need to be, even in high winds.
Traditional metal poles are “rigid-to-fail”—once they hit their limit, they snap. OPUS Air Beams are “flexible-to-succeed.” If a massive gust hits, the beam momentarily flexes and then immediately pops back into its structural shape.

It’s much harder than you think! The beams are protected by multiple layers of heavy-duty canvas. If a puncture does occur, the isolation valves keep the rest of the camper upright, and a simple patch kit (included) gets you back in action.
The pump is fully integrated into the OPUS 12v electrical system. Just ensure your master switch is on, and you’re ready to go.
Surprisingly better than steel. Traditional trailers are boxy and use rigid poles that can bend or snap in a storm. The OPUS features a unique rounded, aerodynamic design that allows wind to flow smoothly around the structure rather than hitting it like a wall.
